Learning Outcomes

 Upon successful completion of this module, participants will be able to:

 1.    Describe how the components of the Cognitive Domain in the Bloom’s  Taxonomy are applied in teaching and assessment

2.    Outline some common issues when relating learning outcomes to teaching and assessment

3.    Deduce the significance of learning outcomes in the design of a curriculum, particularly, in teaching, learning and assessment

4.    Discuss different taxonomies used to define learning outcomes
