ABOUT CIPD PROGRAM
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the world’s largest HR and people development professional body. Meet one of the following criteria:
- 1. Master’s/Degree in HR; no working experience required
- 2. Relevant Master’s with 1 year in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
- 3. Relevant Degree with 3 years in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
- 4. Relevant Diploma with 5 years in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE
You can become a CIPD Chartered Member (Chartered MCIPD) or CIPD Chartered
Fellow (Chartered FCIPD) if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- 1. You are an Associate member (Assoc CIPD).
- 2. Successfully completed the CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HRM or HRD (or an equivalent, recognised CIPD postgraduate qualification).
- 3. You have the right relevant experience that CIPD required.

Dr. Yee Wee Chun
Assoc CIPD, DBA (Northumbria), MBA (Duke), BA (Econs, Virginia)
Wee Chun started his career as a Financial Analyst at General Electric under the prestigious Financial Management Program in the US. After his MBA , he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia and worked with many Government Linked Companies. Wee Chun was Chief Executive and of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) education arm before founding Noesis in 2009. His doctoral research is in strategic management. He has also vast experience giving seminars on Strategy and Leadership to Accountants and Academics. He was also awarded the Dean’s Recognition award at Duke University and graduated with High Distinction at University of Virginia. Wee Chun is a triathlete having completed Austria Ironman in 2014.
Dr. Jagdeep Singh Jasse
Academic MCIPD, DBA (Northumbria University)
Dr. Jagdeep has more than 20 years of experience working in various industries, ranging from manufacturing, hospitality and education. His experience includes assuming managerial roles in the human resource function, spearheading training and development initiatives, managing labour relations, HR consulting, and as a Dean and Chief Executive. He has worked with a number of multi-nationals, including ICI Paints Malaysia, Avillion Hotels International, Samsung Corning Malaysia, and INTI International University. He is a qualified trainer, certified by Deloitte Consulting Group, UK. He is also a chartered academic member with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Naza Education, which is part of the Naza Group of Companies.
Assoc CIPD, MBA (RMIT, Aust), B.Sc HR Management (Tasmania, Aust)
Ellis received her Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from University of Tasmania, Australia and then proceeded to complete her Executive MBA program from the RMIT University, Australia. With the completion of her Advanced Diploma, Level 7 and as an Associate member of CIPD®, she will pursue her Chartered Membership (MCIPD) of CIPD® UK. She has over 25 years of professional experience working in Operations, Management and Consultancy for various corporate conglomerates and a large renowned law firm in Malaysia, prior to joining Multi-National Companies, like Hewlett-Packard Co Ltd, then Lenovo Technology Co Ltd. She has supported Sales Go-To-Market and Global Support Services Organization at Regional and Global strategic level, then subsequently was appointed as Head of Human Resources for Hewlett-Packard Inc (Malaysia). She is currently the ASEAN HR Business Partner for Lenovo Technology Co. Ltd. She is currently a Guest Speaker in career workshops and a part-time lecturer for CIPD program in Noesis EXED, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
Boo Kian Seng
Assoc CIPD, SHRM-SCP, MSc (Oxon), MA (NUS), BPD (Melb)
Boo Kian Seng is an executive coach. His clients range from millennial employees to seasoned HODs in governmental bodies, SMEs and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to setting up his own boutique practice, Boo was the Country Head of Capability Development (Global Banking and Markets) at HSBC Global Service Centre in Malaysia. He had also worked at Standard Chartered Bank (Malaysia), AmBank (Malaysia), Bank Negara Malaysia and Maxis (Malaysia) in the areas of workplace learning and development, organisational change and talent management. Boo earned an MSc in Anthropology from the University of Oxford and an MA in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore. He completed his undergraduate education in Architecture at the University of Melbourne and the University of California, Berkeley. Boo holds the Investment Foundations Certificate of CFA Institute and the Level-7 Diploma in Human Resource Development of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is an Associate Member of CIPD and a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management. Boo is also licensed by CPP, Inc to administer MBTI instrument.
Assoc CIDP, Master of Science, Birkbeck College, University of London
Julieta Timane is Portuguese and for the past 18 years she has lived, worked and studied in over seven countries like the Netherlands, Japan, Italy and Malaysia.
After completing her Master’s Degree in Tourism and Marketing, she spent the first years of her career working for major corporations in the airline industry like Crossair in Switzerland and Air France in the United Kingdom. In 2004 she transitioned into Human Resources and has held several leading roles across industries, for corporations like Saudi Aramco and Nike. She is currently based in Singapore and delivers personal development workshops and talks, to international audiences on life and career change topics. She has a Certificate in Human Resources Management by Temple University in Japan, is an Associate with the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development and is completing an ICF Accredited Training to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
