ABOUT CIPD PROGRAM

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the world’s largest HR and people development professional body. The CIPD HR and L&D qualifications develop relevant and essential knowledge and skills, and are a route into professional membership of the CIPD. Available at three levels, Associate member, Chartered Member and Chartered Fellow, it shows your commitment to high standards, your professional development and compliance with an ethical Code of Professional Conduct, all of which enhances your credibility and builds trust in the HR and L&D profession. ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Meet one of the following criteria:

  • 1. Master’s/Degree in HR; no working experience required
  • 2. Relevant Master’s with 1 year in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
  • 3. Relevant Degree with 3 years in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
  • 4. Relevant Diploma with 5 years in HR/Line Management/ HR Training/ HR Consulting experience
*A diagnostic interview as a mandatory requirement with latest CV be provided

PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE

You can become a CIPD Chartered Member (Chartered MCIPD) or CIPD Chartered
Fellow (Chartered FCIPD) if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • 1. You are an Associate member (Assoc CIPD).
  • 2. Successfully completed the CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HRM or HRD (or an equivalent, recognised CIPD postgraduate qualification).
  • 3. You have the right relevant experience that CIPD required.
